Hello! My name is Ciarán Collins and I founded CREATOSITY in 2024. I work as a professional learning leader, offering professional learning experiences in the education sector. I am a published author and an accredited coach. I research both creativity and coaching as part of my PhD studies. For me, coaching is an inherently creative process. At the heart of its success is what I call, radical curiosity - a deep and exploratory curiosity that we were all born with, but that the pressures of life and work can diminish over time.
